Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that returns results. We do not retain those queries on our servers. A direct message contains only what you choose to send, and we use it to answer you.

Our hosting service records ordinary logs such as IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated logs help us maintain the service and assess which material is useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Data Is Used
We process this limited data to run the site, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Government portals, Franklin County and Washington offices, libraries, and outside search tools set their own privacy terms. Their policies govern information entered after following a link. Sponsored search results are also supplied by an outside company.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Applicable law may grant rights to access, correct, or delete data held by a website. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, governs covered consumer health data but is not a general right to erase public records. Because we retain little, we can check contact messages and available server logs after a request through the Contact page. Pasco, Franklin County, and Washington custodians control their own public files, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to the keeper.
